The Mountain Medicine Immersions are short-burst intensives for those that are looking to experience our work. These events are designed to provide a deep dive into a Mountain Medicine journey, and create a container for our community to meet, share, learn and practice together. All Immersions combine a few core Mountain Medicine Modalities, and zoom into season-specific themes. Our gatherings are facilitated in a professional and safe container, and offer elements of ceremony, nature engagement, group process and therapeutic activities.

The Mountain Medicine Winter Immersion is a gathering where we connect to and challenge the misalignments in our lives. We navigate these with an indigenous inspired map of the world, which implies radically different notions of health and well being. In Winter we relate specifically to our direction on our life path, and the transformation we’re called to incite during the darker months. Reconnecting with our authentic path and purpose in life, generating clarity on our way forward, and from there, deciding what we need to change to move forward. During the Immersion, we make a collective effort towards greater personal balance, integrity, connection & service.

PRACTICAL
The price for this offer is €555,- (incl Vat). This covers the entire program (incl. food & lodging) but excludes your transportation to and from the venue. You will be expected to bring your own personal gear, a detailed list is provided after your booking. We organise the event on 24 - 25 Jan, at Nature Quest Basecamp in Bant.
PROGRAM
The process we offer is largely tailored to group needs and environmental conditions, but does follow a general 4-step process, which interlinks directly with the MM Practice. In addition, we offer a series of elements that, in sequence, build up a transformative learning experience that supports your personal inner work. This specific immersion is a collaboration with Guido Heunen (Nature Quest, Discover Your Nature); Guido is a outdoor leadership professional, and wilderness guide, supporting people to cultivate greater authenticity and adventure in their lives.
